Shine Shake Up Max 2026
Join our next Shake Up Max!
We’ve been running weekend retreats since 2014, and Shake Up Max is our latest evolution! We bring together around 20 young adults with cancer for an overnight hotel stay, packed with a fabulous agenda of workshops on topics like telling your story, self-compassion, and the emotional aspects of cancer. You’ll also find plenty of good chats, peer support, and delicious food. There’s always something everyone can relate to, and bringing a small group together in a relaxed setting truly creates a safe space to discuss anything you wish.
You are eligible for this event if:
- you have not done an online programme or Shake Up Max before
- you are currently aged 20-49
- you were diagnosed with cancer after the age of 18.
